Broman recognises that no two commissions or projects have the same issues. Each project has its unique risks which must be managed to ensure successful outcomes. As such, Broman takes a very disciplined approach to each of the commissions it undertakes. This approach has resulted from the combined experience of its staff, employees and associates across a vast array of industries and projects.

This is achieved by:

Establishing a Work Plan in conjunction with the Client for the task or subtasks to be undertaken
Including in the Work Plan a Risk Assessment and manage the identified risks (safety, environment, quality, process, cost, schedule etc) as determined by a Risk Management Program
Carefully defining the Client’s expectations including results required, schedule and overall budget, using a strongly analytic approach
Tracking changes in requirements as work progresses such that a “no surprises” outcome is achieved
Keeping the client informed of progress as work proceeds
Strict compliance with the Client’s policies and procedures
Strict compliance with the Client’s operating imperatives
Using tried and proven systems and procedures for all activities
