All specific environmental objectives of its Clients will be met.

Primary objectives of the Company in relation to the environmental are to:

• Comply with each Client’s environmental policies, practices and procedures
  
  
• Comply with or exceed environmental performance requirements of legislation and regulations
  
  
• Comply with or exceed environmental performance requirements of legislation and regulations
  
  
• Ensure that appropriate attention is placed on environmental issues during the design phase of any project
  
  
• Ensure that construction contracts include appropriate requirements for environmental performance including the preparation of environmental management systems and plans
  
  
• Ensure that construction activities conform to the requirements of legislation, regulation and site specific management processes
