Procedures are designed to support the implementation of a systems to achieve the desired outcome.

Broman utilises tried and proven systems and procedures when undertaking projects. These are tailored as may be required for a specific project.
Systems and Procedures drive the behaviour of those on the project team and create a common approach for all team members in undertaking their individual tasks.

The Systems and Procedures provide sound guidance for day to day tasks as well as regular reporting of project activities.
Each Procedure generally describes the process and where applicable is accompanied by a Standard Form to facilitate implementation.
